Milla 96

Romika’s sporty-turned-upscale Mary Jane shoe has everything you’re looking for in a comfortable yet stylish dress shoe. While the original Mary Jane style often appears as a casual woman’s shoe, the upper of the Milla 96 combines suede and full grain leather which boasts a contemporary design. The outer portion of this pair of footwear is accented with an adjustable Velcro strap to allow for an accommodating fit.

The lining of this shoe is a soft suede that has a “removable, contoured insole which delivers comfort and support to every step” (OnlineShoes.com, 2014). Because the insole of the Milla 96 is designed to be removable, this allows the shoe to accommodate customized orthotics to allow for additional comfort as needed. The shoe is finished with a flexible polyurethane sole that grips the ground to allow for a supportive gait.

Milla 94

Much like a previous design by Romika, the Milla 94 is a casual slip on clog. This everyday, ordinary shoe has been redesigned and transformed into a stylish piece of footwear. Romika redesigned this pair of footwear to exhibit more of the full grain leather, accented by suede and precise stitching details. Romika also included a small elastic goring on the insole to allow the footwear to deliver more flex.

“A soft, suede lining and sockliner are designed to pull moisture away from the foot” (OnlineShoes, 2014). Although the Milla 94 already contains a contoured insole, the removable footbed allows the wearer to insert a customized orthotic for optimal comfort and support in every step. Similar to the Milla 96, this shoe is finished with a flexible, grippy polyurethane sole that wraps up at the instep, allowing for enhanced lateral support. (OnlineShoes, 2014)
